- Upon approval of the design by the client permit drawings and specifications are developed. These consist of:
- Drawings for full quotations by contractors, final approvals from governing bodies, and building permits.
- Coordination with all required professionals: structural, mechanical, civil (septic, driveways, earthwork, etc.), geotechnical, environmental (biologists, energy engineers, etc.), landscape architects.
